Building a Group

In order to build a new Group, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Teams module -> Dashboard

  2. Click on the "New Group" box that you'll find as the first item below the Network Groups section. Group creation view should open

  3. Define your preferred Group size

    1. This is important to provide you with the required amount of Testers. Don't worry if you are unsure about the number of resources, you will be able to extend the amount of recommended Testers in the later stage as well.

  4. Choose the filters & values based on your needs

    1. You can either select the filter values from pre-defined drop-downs or start typing into the text field to speed up your process.

    2. Note: Most filters use AND condition but you'll also find that it is possible to change the condition to OR to widen your search criteria inside some of the filters.

  5. Click on the "Find Testers" button

Device filter

One of the filters that you will find when building your Group, is a Device filter. The device filter can be tricky as it includes some sub-elements which can help narrow down your device criteria.
