Your Groups are built when the filtering criteria you’ve set and the elements of a Tester profile match. When Testers update their profile information or you decide to update the filters of an existing Group, Testers might not match your Group filtering criteria anymore.
For example, a Tester changes their location. In this case, a notification within the Group will be displayed, informing you about the changes. You are now able to decide, whether you want to keep the non-matching Tester in the Group or remove them to keep the focus of the Group.
If you decide to remove a Tester from the Group:
Tester will be removed from the Group but still be part of the Workspace (even if you removed them from the last Group they were part of)
Tester will not get a notification about being removed from the Group
A similar notification is shown when any member of the Network team leaves or is offboarded due to a specific reason. In both cases, Testers are automatically removed from the Group, and the Workspace.
