Do Testers get notified about being invited to the Group?
Testers are being notified when you first invite them to the Workspace. Therefore, if you already have a Tester in your Workspace and you invite them to be part of the Group, they will automatically be part of your Group. They won't receive a separate invitation to the Group you invited them to.
If, however, the Tester you chose isn't part of any of your Groups yet, they will get a Workspace invitation that they will have to accept within 72 hours. If a Tester won't accept the invitation during 72 hours, a new invitation must be sent out. What happens if I remove a Tester from Group?
Tester will be removed from the Group but still be part of the Workspace (even if you removed the Tester from the last Group they were part of). Tester will not get a notification about being removed from the Group.
What happens if a Tester is off-boarded from Testlio Network?
Tester will be automatically removed from the Group(s) and the Workspace(s). You will be notified about this change within the Groups that are impacted.
