Remove from a Group

To remove a tester or scripter from a group, follow these steps:

  1. In the workspace, open the relevant group.

  2. Next to the person's name, click ⋮.

  3. Click Remove from Group.

  4. Either select the reason you're removing the person or enter it into the Reason field.

They are removed from the group but still part of the workspace. They are not notified about being removed from the group.

Removing someone from the last group they are part of removes them from the workspace.

Note: Even after someone is removed from a group, all of the data they created is still accessible.

Remove from a Workspace

To remove a tester or scripter from a workspace, follow these steps:

  1. In the workspace, click Teams.

  2. Under Network, click either Tester (for testers) or Engineer (for scripters).

  3. Access the Network - Testers list view

  4. Next to the person's name, click ⋮.

  5. Click Remove workspace access and again to confirm.

They are removed from the workspace and all groups within it. They are not notified about being removed.

Note: Even after someone is removed from a Workspace, all of the data they created is still accessible.
