Once you've set the filtering criteria based on your testing requirements and you'll click on the "Find Testers" button a list of recommended Testers will appear along with the summary of your chosen filtering criteria at the top of the page. The list of recommended Testers will include information such as:

  • Personal information - Tester name, their location as well as local time

  • Rating - Rating of a Tester across all projects one is part of

  • Experience - years of experience in software testing

  • Devices - number of devices Tester owns

In addition to the information provided by default, you can click on each Tester to view their full profile. Read more about what's included in the Profiles here.

  • To build a Group from recommended Testers you can select "All" by checking the box in the title of the first column and finish your Group creation by clicking on the "Create Group" button in the lower right corner.

    • Note: When you create a Group from selected/all Testers, Testers will receive an email invitation to join your Workspace that they have to accept within 72 hours unless they are already part of any of your Workspace Groups.

  • If you feel that you would like to include only selected Testers from the list, please hover on the avatar picture of the Tester and check the box for those who you would like to select.

  • If at this stage you would like to look at more testers or extend the initially preferred Group size, please click on the "More Testers" button in the lower-left corner. Feel free to also change the value of recommended Testers going forward.

  • It might happen that no results will be returned in the Recommended Testers view. If that's the case, please double-check your filtering criteria and try to adjust them. If an empty result is still the case, please contact us at hi@testlio.com
