Add New Team Members

Add a new team member to your team.

Invite Testlio Members

To invite any Testlio member to your workspace, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Teams module and click Testlio.

  2. Click Invite members.

  3. Enter all email addresses separated by commas (such as person1@testlio.com,person2@testlio.com).

  4. Choose what role to grant the new members. Review the listed capabilities to make sure the role fits.

  5. Click Invite.

All new Testlio users are now included in the list with the status Invited. Each user gets an email with an invitation to the workspace. They need to accept the invitation within 72 hours or it expires and a new invitation has to be sent out.

Invite Client Members

To invite any Client member to your workspace, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Teams module and click All members.

  2. Click Invite members.

  3. Enter all email addresses separated by commas (such as person1@example.com,person2@example.com).

  4. Choose what role to grant the new members. Review the listed capabilities to make sure the role fits.

  5. Click Invite.

All new users are now included in the list with the status Invited. Each user gets an email with an invitation to the workspace. They need to accept the invitation within 72 hours or it expires and a new invitation has to be sent out.

Invite Community Members

Members of the community can join workspaces in one of three roles: Engineer, Tester, and Coordinator. Testers and Engineers can be added to workspace through work opportunities or direct recruitment.

To invite new Coordinators directly into a workspace, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Teams module and under Network click Coordinators.

  2. Click Invite members.

  3. Enter all email addresses separated by commas (such as person1@example.com,person2@example.com).

  4. The new members are automatically granted the role Coordinator. Review the listed capabilities to make sure the role fits.

  5. Click Invite.

All new users are now included in the list with the status Invited. Each user gets an email with an invitation to the workspace. They need to accept the invitation within 72 hours or it expires and a new invitation has to be sent out.
