Manage Team Members

Manage existing team members, including what role they have.

Written by Aaron Collier

When you already have people within your team, you might need to manage what they can do. To see a list of everyone within your workspace, open the Teams module and click All members.

The Teams module in an Example Workspace open to All members showing a table with 135 members with the first one visible. The columns are: Name, Last login, Organization, and Roles, plus a button for more actions.

For each member, you see:

  • Their avatar or initials

  • Their name and email

  • When they last logged into LeoCore

  • Their organization

  • Their role

If you have the role Admin, Coordinator, or Engineer, you can also take actions for team members. To take action on any team member, in their row click for more actions.

Next to the Roles column is a button for more actions. When expanded, shows: New task, Change role, and Remove workspace access.
  • Create a new task for them to execute.

  • Change their role within the workspace (can only grant up to the role you currently have).

  • Remove them from the workspace (only available for Admin and Coordinator roles).
