Welcome to Testlio! To establish a successful partnership, we have prepared a tailored onboarding program for you.
You will first meet your Testlio team in a 1-hour kickoff call. We will review our partnership goals, subscription services purchased, and gather requirements for setting up your project, planning our first test run, and establishing a collaboration model. Testlio will go to work putting together a testing strategy and conducting the first test run. Our goal is to complete onboarding activities within 2-3 weeks after kickoff. You will then work regularly with your Engagement & Testing Manager who will ensure you are seeing exceptional results and value throughout your subscription.
Below we have outlined the general process and timeline.
Step | About | Timeline |
Internal Preparation | There are several ways to prepare internally for meeting with Testlio. We have compiled a checklist of what is needed for us to get started. | Begin after signing |
Kickoff Call | This meeting allows our teams to align on the focus of our partnership & discuss initial steps to take before we can begin testing. | 3-5 days after the effective date |
Project Setup | Based on our kickoff call discussion, Testlio will put together a testing strategy & do other project setup activities. | 1-2 weeks |
Test Strategy Review | Once your mindmap and test cases have been created, we will meet to review the initial testing strategy. | 7-14 business days after kickoff call |
First Test Run | The first test run is used to validate tests, train testers, and iron out QA processes. | 1-3 days after test strategy approval |
Test Run Feedback | With the first test run complete, we will meet to review the results with you, discuss ways to improve, and talk about what our QA engagement process will look like in the future. | 2-3 days after the first test run is complete |
Future Testing Process | Your Engagement & Testing Manager will work with you to establish the long-term testing strategy, cadence, and collaboration model. | End of onboarding, but we will have continuous engagement |
