To put it simply, we take care of our global network of freelancers. Every time you have questions regarding how Testlio works, you can rest assured that somebody from our team will take care of your inquiry in a timely manner.

My responsibility is to help testers get onboarded to our platform as smoothly as possible. I make sure that all testers know what they need to do next on our platform. Some of the areas I cover include in-app experience on the Testlio platform, Help Center management, Rocket.Chat, as well as email communication with our testers.

I'm Nabeel and my role at Testlio is Freelancer Enablement Specialist. I love supporting our network of testers and making sure that they are fully equipped with adequate information to be successful in their role.
