This activity is part of the run task flow.
Add Someone to a Run Task
Select the run task you want to be tested.
Click on Add people or devices.
Select People.
Optionally filter the list based on the user's organization, which is one of the following:
Testlio: All Testlio team members working on the project.
Network: All of our network freelancers who have been curated into the project team.
The workspace organization: This filter is super handy when it comes to assigning internal testing.
Select one or multiple people that you want to do the testing.
Click Add.
What Happens Next?
If you are making an internal allocation within the client organization and the run is scheduled, the user who was allocated to the task is immediately notified. They can then access the test execution once the run starts.
If you are inviting a freelance tester, they are invited to complete the work and, if they accept, can access test execution through their dashboard when the run starts.
In any scenario, the tester declares the device they're using for testing when they start test execution. They can choose which device to use. If you want to specify the device you want them to use, you need to add a device instead.
