I booked a slot for a specific date, but I received the invite on a different date, which is why I missed it. Can you send me the invite again?

As part of the signup process, all candidates must confirm that they understand the run invitation is sent 24–28 hours before the start time. This information is clearly displayed on the registration form and must be acknowledged by checking a box before completing the signup.

Unfortunately, we cannot resend invitations, but you will receive another chance after the waiting period mentioned in your result email.


Can I get another chance at Functional Regression Testing Certification?

You will receive another chance after the time specified in the official result email, unless the disqualification was due to copying another candidate's report. This period typically ranges from 2 to 12 months, depending on the reason for disqualification.

You don’t need to take any action. When a new opportunity becomes available, you’ll be contacted automatically via email with further instructions.

I only received the workspace invite and not the task invite, which is why it expired. Could you please send me the task invite again?

The invitation includes both a workspace invite and a task invite, sent one after the other, and both must be accepted. Unfortunately, if the task invite expires, we cannot resend it.

To avoid this in the future, please whitelist Testlio emails and check your inbox regularly, including spam/junk folders. You’ll receive another opportunity after the waiting period stated in your result email.


I booked a slot for today, but did not receive an invite. Could you please send me the invite again?

If you booked a slot but did not receive an invite, it could be because a compatible device was not listed on your profile or your availability was not set correctly. Both conditions must be met in the system for the invite to be sent. Please double-check these settings for your next attempt. More details will be shared in the result email, which is sent within 5 working days.


I’m unable to verify my device even after following the steps. Could you please provide some guidance on how to proceed?

I did not pass the Pre-Certification Knowledge Quiz. Can you reduce my waiting time?

The waiting period is a fixed part of the evaluation process, and it cannot be reduced.


Is it possible to retake the quiz due to a health or personal issue that prevented me from completing the quiz?

We understand that unexpected issues can arise, which is why we provide multiple chances for the quiz. You will get a second chance after 4 months of your previous attempt.


What should I do if I get technical problems during the Pre-certification Knowledge Quiz?

If you encounter technical issues during the Quiz, you must capture evidence such as a screen recording, screenshot, or logs. Without this evidence, we cannot analyze the problem or grant an additional attempt. The standard process would require you to wait for the next 4-month period to retake the quiz.


Why was I flagged for cheating? Can you remove the tag and allow another chance?

Candidates are flagged for cheating if they navigate to another tab multiple times after the quiz has started. This is clearly stated in the note provided before the quiz begins, and we expect all candidates to follow these instructions carefully.

In such cases, it is not possible to remove the cheating flag or offer another attempt. This results in permanent disqualification from the Pre-Certification Quiz; therefore, you will not be able to progress to the next steps


Why was my quiz submitted automatically? I was not able to complete it.

Once the quiz has been started, it cannot be paused or stopped. It is automatically submitted after 10 minutes, and it cannot be completed beyond this time limit. This requirement is clearly stated in the quiz instructions, and we expect all candidates to follow it carefully.
