If you are trying to add a device to your profile but can't find the correct device, request for the device to be added.
Add a Model
To add an entire new device model, while searching for the model and not seeing results, click + Add a new model.
Then fill in all necessary information and click Submit device.
If you don't know the exact release date, try a quick search. If that does not give you a reliable date, enter a date before you purchased the device.
Add an Operating System Version
To add a new version of an operating system, while searching for the model and not seeing results, click + Add a new OS version.
Then fill in all necessary information and click Submit device.

Necessary Information
To add a device, we need accurate information about the following:
Manufacturer
Model name
Operating system name and version
If one or more of these details is missing or incorrect, the device suggestion is rejected. Verify the information and then try adding the device again.
