Add all your available devices to your Testlio profile to become eligible for work that requires testing on specific devices.
Please note that you are only allowed to list devices that you have physical access to. Unless explicitly requested, we do not permit testing on virtual devices.
Your devices can be from any of the following categories:
Mobile Phone
Tablet
Computer
Gaming Console (such as PS5, Xbox, and any VR headset)
Smart TV (such as Android/Apple TVs)
Wearable (such as a smart watch)
Connected Device (such as home assistants and Fire, Roku, and Android TV sticks)
Add a Device
To add a device to your profile, follow these steps:
In the Testlio platform, click your profile picture > Devices.
Click + Add.
Click the category of the device you want to add.
Enter the device model (such as Apple iPhone 16). Start typing to search for existing model records.
If you can't find your device model, click + Add new model and add the missing device.
Enter the device operating system (OS). Start typing to search for existing OS records.
If you can't find your OS, click + Add new OS version and fill in the details.
For eligible devices, click Verify device and scan the QR code to verify the device.
For ineligible devices, click Save device.
Your device now appears in your device list.
Edit a Device
To update the OS version for a device in your list, in your device list, expand the device you want to edit and update the details.
To update the model, you need to expand the device, click Delete, and then add the updated model.
