If you’re a new tester at Testlio, thank you for joining our amazing, global Network. If you’ve been with us for a while, thank you for lending us your expertise so far.
Over the years, Testlio has grown into an outstanding Network of Testers of testers from all around the world. Along this journey, our internal teams have also grown exponentially.
Testlio is made up of a lot of moving parts. One such part is the Network Team, currently consisting of 9 members. Today, we thought it would be a good idea to introduce ourselves and what we do so that you’ll have a better idea of how we can help you grow as a tester. We pride ourselves with an open line of communication with all our testers, so here’s the first of many steps towards achieving that goal!
What Do We Do?
To put it simply, we take care of our global network of testers. Every time you have questions regarding how Testlio works, you can rest assured that somebody from our team will take care of your inquiry in a timely manner.
We’re also constantly working to improve your experience with Testlio on the basis of the feedback you provide, which we hold extremely valuable.
Who Are We?
Simona on Rocket.Chat: Simona Mihăicuţa 🦁
I'm Simona and I'm acting as a Testing Network Quality Manager. My role is to create, improve and maintain high quality standards and methods within our network, starting with vetting tests and continuing with quality assurance methods and best practices for improvements. For any questions, doubts or suggestions you have related to quality methods, please feel free to reach out to me!
Tauri on Rocket.Chat: Tauri Hindre 🦁
I’m responsible for the success of our Test Leads including their training, onboarding and quality of work. If you want to share anything regarding our test leads or the TL role in general then please don’t hesitate to write.
Doris on Rocket.Chat: Doris Sooläte 🦁
My responsibility is to help testers get onboarded to our platform as smoothly as possible. I make sure that all testers know what they need to do next on our platform. Some of the areas I cover include in-app experience on the Testlio platform, Help Center management, Rocket.Chat, as well as email communication with our testers. Whenever you want to give feedback or share ideas about the onboarding process or related topics, feel free to reach out to me.
Muhammad Nabeel Rahim
Nabeel on Rocket.Chat: Nabeel Rahim 🦁
I'm Nabeel and my role at Testlio is Freelancer Enablement Specialist. I love supporting our network of testers and making sure that they are fully equipped with adequate information to be successful in their role. I'm always learning ways to simplify communication and I strive to quickly resolve any issues our testers might have, so feel free to reach out via Chat, Rocket.Chat, or email if you need any assistance.

As a Freelancer Enablement Specialist art Testlio, my tasks include offering support to our network of testers. That means you can reach out to me via the Chat function, Rocket.Chat or via email. I also help put Testing Managers in touch with testers for new, exciting projects! I like focusing on feedback, so if you have anything you’d like to share about your experience at Testlio, please let me know.

My main responsibility is to make sure the Network and the Network Team are aligned with the rest of the company and vice versa. I help support the team with any issues that may arise in a timely manner. You can reach out to me on Rocket.Chat or via email.

I’m Nelery, Testlio’s Network Growth Specialist. My responsibility is to match suitable testers with different projects and also to recruit new testers with specific requirements. I usually contact you if there’s a project you could potentially join according to your profile. Feel free to reach out to me if you would like further information about a project offer or advice on what device to invest in to unlock more testing opportunities.
At Testlio, we strive to give everyone the best QA experience possible. Recently, it has come to our attention that we can do more in terms of keeping an open line of communication with our testers.
