Sometimes issues have additional tasks to implement changes before approval or to get more information from the reporter.
To do so:
Open the issue you want to be improved.
Click the more actions button (three vertical dots).
Click Request improvements.
Select the reasons for the request.
Add a note to explain what needs to be changed.
Adjust the deadline by which you want this to be resolved.
Click Send notification.
The reporter gets a task to implement. You can see what reporters have to do to make changes.
