Sometimes issues are re-assigned to implement changes before approval or to get more information from the reporter.

As a user you can add a note and explain if a reported issue still needs some additional information or modifications. You can also assign a deadline for the reporter by which you want this to be resolved.

For Network freelancers:
If you have been re-assigned an issue, it means that there are problems with the title of the report, content, or attachments (like missing attachments or problems with file sizes). You will also need to resolve the issue by the deadline that was assigned to you.

In any case, if you follow the guidelines for creating an issue report and make sure your issue report has everything it needs, you will do fine. Sometimes though, if typos keep sneaking in, we'll reach out and advise you to rest up for a few runs. This is because we want you to come back with a fresh mind and be ready to kick some issues again.
