Why screen recordings are required
A screen recording demonstrates issues and makes it easy for other testers, Test Leads, Engagement Managers, and clients to see. Furthermore, it can be used to evaluate if something really is an issue or not. Videos provide more detail and include the steps to reproduce as opposed to screenshots.

Things to keep in mind
Please do not use screen mirroring for your recordings as this gives an impression that real devices are not used while testing. Individual Workspaces may have exceptions for this. If so, you will see it in their instructions.
Requirements:
The attachment must be less than 10 MB and in .mp4 format and with a minimum resolution of 720p. You may need to convert QuickTime files and compress them before you attach them to your issue report.
Make sure that the video recording does not contain any personal or sensitive data including data from other workspaces on the Testlio platform. You can read more about the Test Data and Privacy guidelines.
Make sure that no background sound is recorded on the video unless the issue specifically requires sound.
Make the video as short as possible, but make sure to include important reproducing steps (so if the issue is not related to signing in, the video should not include signing in).
